You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Service. By subscribing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.


4. Services Provided

We provide website hosting, management, and support under a subscription model. The features included in your subscription are listed on our website and may change from time to time.


5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.


6. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.


7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your Service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time. After the billing period ends, your website may be taken offline.


8. Automatic Cancellation

If your payment method fails and you do not change it to a valid payment method within two weeks after your due date, the Service will be automatically and instantly cancelled. We have the right to take your website offline.


9. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds.


10. Data Collection and Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not collect personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide through our contact form. The contact form may collect your name, email address, and any additional details you provide. This information is used solely for the purpose of contacting you and addressing the issue or request submitted. For payment processing, all personal and financial data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their policies.

11. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.) is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of others. You agree not to use our Service for illegal activities, spamming, or hosting prohibited content.


12. Changes and Support

Below is our classification of changes

We classify requested changes as:

  • Minor Changes: Work reasonably completed within one hour (e.g., text updates, image swaps, styling adjustments).

  • Major Changes: Work requiring more than one hour or significantly altering design/functionality (e.g., new pages, integrations, redesigns).

Upon submitting a change request to us, we classify it according to our definitions and we decide if the change is minor or major. The classification of a change as minor or major is at our sole discretion.


13. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable 24/7 service using industry-leading infrastructure. While we aim for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control.


14. Intellectual Property

All software, code, and design elements we provide remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of any content you submit (text, images, logos, etc.). We grant you the right to use the website during your active subscription to represent your business.


15. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.


16. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnapSites LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.


17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in unlawful activities.


18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.


19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina and South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
