Are the websites mobile friendly?

Absolutely! Our websites are fully responsive and work seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

What are the monthly analytics?

The monthly analytics is a short summary of the month, which includes an overview of your visitors for that month, pageviews and top pages. Data collection doesn't collect any personal user information and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. At the end of each month you will receive an email with your website statistics for that month.

Do I have to pay for my domain?

We take care of your domain costs, we will provide you with a domain that displays your business name after an agreement with you. Some domains with popular names are often taken, we aren't responsible for domain availability. If you wish to cancel your subscription and keep the domain, you should contact us and we will guide you for next steps.

What are considered as minor changes?

Minor changes are any changes that take less than one hour to implement within the website. Like changing a paragraph or a picture on your website pages. You can submit a change request by email. Your request will then be classified as either minor or major.


Example of minor changes:

  • Change text in a paragraph
  • Update your website logo
  • Add extra paragraph in an existing section (existing page)
  • Adding colors, fonts to existing elements
  • Replacing existing photos

What are considered as major changes?

Major changes are any changes that take more than an hour to implement. Adding an extra page to your website would be considered as a major change. You can submit a change request via email which will then be classified.


Example of major changes:

  • Designing and adding a new page or section
  • Redesigning an existing page layout
  • Implementing custom forms
  • Changing restructuring large amounts of content

What is SEO?

SEO is short for Search Engine Optimization, it's how people are able to find your business if they search for you online. Search Engine Optimization allows the browser to show the website to people who search for your service near you.

Cancellation

How do I cancel this service?

You can contact us before the start of your next billing cycle so we can cancel your subscription. Email snapsites4u@gmail.com with your request. To ensure you don't get accidentally charged for the next period, it's best to cancel a couple days before your next monthly charge.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. If you cancel after you paid for your next month, we will host your website and provide support for that month, and your cancellation will take effect next month.

What happens after I cancel?

After you cancel, we will continue hosting and support until the month you paid for expires, so if you cancel 15 days into your subscription, we will continue support and hosting for another 15 days (in a 30 day month). After the 15 days we will stop hosting your website and it will be unaccessible. Once you cancel, you won't be charged anymore, unless you restart your subscription. If you wish to claim your domain after cancellation, you can contact us and we will guide you with next steps.
